The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, August 31 reveal Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) are reading their newspapers, Ridge laughs at their mimicked movements.

Steffy thanks Eric for letting them stay there and says she cannot stay forever. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) stops by Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) office.

Finn wants Liam to stay away from his wife. Deacon worries about someone learning that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is staying there.

Sheila is giving Deacon a massage. Sheila says she won’t upend Deacon’s life, he says she already has. Sheila tells Deacon to stop being a baby.

Deacon believes that Sheila is abusing him because there is another woman in Finn’s life. Sheila doesn’t see why Deacon has to remind her about Steffy. Sheila says that shooting Steffy was a huge mistake and she will fix things with Finn.

Sheila says she can be important in Finn’s life. What would have happened if she wasn’t there to save Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay)? Sheila says Finn doesn’t see her as a monster.

Sheila says Finn feels that unconditional kind of love between a mother and her son. Deacon tells Sheila that he doesn’t say these things to hurt her. Sheila plans to have a true relationship with Finn and that is going to start today.

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers Finn tells Liam that he has already assured Steffy that he won’t have anything to do with Sheila. Finn accuses Liam of making a play for his wife.

Liam isn’t trying to steal Finn’s wife. Finn says that Liam and Steffy’s relationship wasn’t so good. Liam tells Finn it is his place to get Sheila out of LA and away from them.

Liam tells Finn he needs to do something instead of dealing out words. Finn agrees that he needs to do something but so does Liam. Finn tells Liam to stop sniffing around.

Finn rushes home and starts cleaning up. Steffy arrives and says it looks nice. Finn has missed all of it, the sounds of their family more than Steffy can imagine. Finn hopes that Steffy is ready, they have been apart way too long.

Finn has tried everything to get some rest. Finn says it is not the same without Steffy there. Finn needs Steffy there cuddled up with him to fall asleep at night.

Finn says Steffy is a puzzle piece and he needs her. Steffy wants her puzzle piece back too. Steffy is ready to come home. Finn is thrilled that Steffy wants to come home.

Steffy misses her husband and it is time to go home. Ridge reminds Steffy that Sheila is still out there. Steffy knows but she has been away from her husband way too long.

Steffy says Finn hasn’t given up and he promised to protect them. Steffy says the kids need to go home and they need their routines. Ridge doesn’t agree with Steffy’s decision.

Steffy says she still sees Finn lying in the alley. Steffy sees Sheila in Finn sometimes. Steffy says she is not giving up on her husband. Ridge walks the floor as Eric goes back to the paper.

Eric doesn’t think Steffy can be talked out of anything she wants to do. Eric asks where Steffy got that. Ridge says from him. Ridge got it from his mother.

Ridge wishes his mother was there, she would know what to do. Eric says Sheila wouldn’t be there if his mother was, she would have gotten rid of her.
